The New England Board of Higher Education’s Regional Student Program Tuition
Break provides a discount on out-of-state tuition to Connecticut residents when they
enroll in approved degree programs at specific state colleges and universities in
Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Connecticut residents
are eligible for these degree programs, because they are not offered by any Connecticut state colleges or universities. For more information check out their website: www.nebhe.org
